Scottsdale Camp wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors Adaptive Curriculum and Edible Phoenix.
Adaptive Curriculum, housed in SkySong, specializes in Math and Science material for kids in grades 5-12.

Social media isn’t just for business and it isn’t just for adults. But kids need to be careful.
We’ve just confirmed special guest Katie Charland of Raising Arizona Kids as one of our final presenters. Katie is the RAK Community Relations Manager and the moderator for Social Media Club Phoenix’s special Social Media for Parents event.
SMCPhx is a monthly event featuring the Valley’s best and brightest social media practitioners.
The nearly–full event prompted us to invite Katie to ScottsdaleCamp to give a recap of the panel plus a few fresh ideas for all the parents wanting to introduce their youngsters to social media.
See you at SkySong on April 24!

Seems one of your Scottsdale Camp organizers neglected to actually ask Jeff Moriarty if he was available to speak on April 24, and it turns out he has prior commitments (the offender’s initials are not DPL).
Is there anyone YOU’D like to see presenting with the inimitable Evo Terra? Though a man like Evo surely has no problem filling the time, we’re hoping to test his improv chops a bit.
Name someone. Anyone. Qualifications are that they must be interesting, know the realm of social media well and be able to stand on their own.
Nominations in the comments. We’ll pick the best one!

Seth Godin writes books. Lots of them.
Linchpin is his best. One lucky participant will be chosen to take home their very own copy on April 24.
To enter, you must participate. Ask questions. Lead conversations. Contribute.
Must be present to win, no purchase required.

ScottsdaleCamp just got a little sweeter.
The Lemonade Movie is making an appearance.
Lemonade, a movie by Erik Proulx, is a short film about him and a bunch of inspired people who saw unemployment as an opportunity, not a hardship.
Proulx recently visited Phoenix as part of LaidOffCamp and was a hit. More than a few tough guys admitted to misty eyes after seeing the short film.
We’ll be showing Lemonade at 1pm at SkySong, just before we kick off ScottsdaleCamp. Let’s see what a group of inspired people can do for each other.
Following the movie, Proulx will be available via Skype for a short Q&A period with the entire audience.
No cost for Lemonade. All we ask is that your share your experience and link where links are due.
Thank you so much for your support. See you April 24!

Scottsdale Camp is made possible by speakers, attendees and sponsorships. While our facility has kindly been taken care of by Adaptive Curriculum, we’re still looking to cover the costs of programs, stickers, pens, video tapes and possibly some Facebook ads. All funds raised will go directly to the event.
Room Sponsorships
These are the big guns. $50 buys you a room to put your signs in (all day), special recognition on this website before the event, mention in the opening speech and your logo on any printed material. You’ll also receive a huge thanks from us and will be on the end of EVERY speaker video.
Speaker Sponsorships
Support the your presenters with $20 here. Your money buys your logo space on your sponsored speaker’s slides, as well as a 15-30 second bio of your company (either written by you or in cooperation with us) and a place for your logo and URL on your published speaker video here at TheScottsdaleCamp.com.
We thank you in advance for your support. A PayPal link will be provided as soon as the PIF group wraps up IgnitePhx and we ask them for one.
